Actually Yusei Deck is a theme Deck, Scrap deck, using a lower level monster and special summon in order to summon powerfull syncrho monstet and looks like was maded whit scrap parts.
Jack Deck is Aggro control deck, and he have the same strategy, except that jack use high level monsters.
The firts yugioh teach us, "put any card on your deck and you can still win"
